a Break from the Ordinary Vacation

ABOUT ARTBREAK

Artbreak is...

... to be immersed in music, dance, drama, painting, sculpture, and spectacular architecture.

... a chance to redeem your the dreams you’ve denied yourself since you were a child. When you knew instinctively that joy is all about creative play.

... not just about eyeing art, but DOING it.

INSPIRING WORKSHOPS

Mornings at artbreak™ enable you to start your vacation day with an experience of your own creativity, in a relaxed and warm environment, and this magical three hours sets the distinct tone of an artbreak™ session: during the remainder of each day you will find yourself more fully open to the creative expression you will be encountering in galleries and concert halls. Our artbreak™ mornings in Prague are friendly to non-artists and will give you a chance to try your hand at different media, including usually sculpture, painting, collage, and film animation. Classes are taught as small group workshops by local artists. Of course, artbreak™ pays for your classroom studio materials: all you need to bring to Prague is yourself (though a camera and notebook are nice additions).

ARTBREAK PROMISE

Every artbreak™ is a carefully hand-crafted work of art. Each is distinct. The reason: an artbreak™ is built around the goal of treating our participants to the best of what is available on the local arts scene – and that scene is constantly changing. Upon arrival, you will be provided Daily Menus, covering in detail the timing and logistics of your stay with us. Immense care is taken to ensure that your experience will be among the best vacations you have ever had. No other vacation company we know of strives like we do to enable our participants to have an authentic and intimate encounter with a new place and new people – and to find something new in themselves.
